Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days of the order and confirmation of payment.
Shipments are made via UPS Ground. If expedited shipping is requested, there shall be an additional charge, depending upon the mode requested and company used to make the shipment.
During major U.S. holiday periods, shipments may take an extra day or two to be processed and shipped due to the increased volume of orders during these periods. Please plan for the extra days to ensure your product is received on the desired date.
Due to increased volume during holiday seasons, TRULINE Greens shall not be responsible for delays in delivery once shipped.
“Free Shipping within the Continental United States, only. For shipments to countries outside the United States, the Buyer shall be notified of additional shipping costs for the purpose of determining whether to proceed further with the order.”
Returns/Warranty
Return Authorization is required for putting greens purchased through www.TRULINEgreens.com Please contact customerservice@TRULINEgreens.com for assistance.
To receive a refund for a purchased putting green during the first 30 days after receipt, the putting green must be returned in the original container, undamaged. Refunds will be processed less original Shipping & Handling costs and a 10% Restocking charge. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned within 30 days, but without TRULINE Greens authorization, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned without authorization after 30 days (from date of shipment) shall not be refunded.
TRULINE Greens provides a 90 Day Warranty against all defects in material or workmanship; our putting greens are 100% inspected prior to packaging and shipping. Should there be an issue with the product, please contact customerservice@TRULINEgreens.com for assistance in returning the product. If the product is returned due to a quality defect within 90 days of purchase, the customer shall receive a full refund of the purchase price, including Shipping & Handling costs; Customer Service shall advise shipping method at time of contact. Refund shall be credited (including return shipping costs) to customer’s credit card upon confirmation of defect at TruLine Greens; please allow 7-10 days for processing.
